Big Brother Naija Season 11 newly evicted housemate, Gerard Adebija, simply known as Gerard, has disclosed that he will be rooting for his colleague Aikou to win the reality television show following his ouster.
The 23-year-old ‘Show Ya Self’ edition reality star made this known recently during his post-eviction interview with Daily Post.
Asked who he would be supporting to win the record-breaking ₦160 million grand prize at stake, Gerard said he would be backing Aikou.
He went on to state that he would be rooting for the Abuja-born reality star’s victory because of his affection for him.
“My favourite to win is Aikou. I’m rooting for him because I like him as a person,” he said.
Gerard was evicted on Sunday, 6 September 2026, after spending six weeks on the reality show.
Prior to his eviction, he had opened up about his plans to establish himself in Nollywood.
Gerard stated: “I want to be recognized as a very good actor in the industry—one of the best, I believe.
”I just need the opportunities and the chance to show that. But for now, I want to make my mark as an actor. I’m good at other things, but my main focus now is the screen, for sure. Eventually, I want to start directing and creating my own movies.”
