Martinelli moved from the English Premier League champions to the Saudi Pro League club on Thursday for £60 million.

Brazilian winger Gabriel Martinelli ignored Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta in his farewell message to everyone at the club after joining Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
The 25-year-old completed a £60 million move to the Saudi Pro League club on Thursday after he was deemed surplus to requirements by the Spanish tactician.
Martinelli left the Emirates Stadium after Arteta recruited Greek winger Christos Tzolis and deployed Eberechi Eze on the left side of attack.

Speaking after his exit in a recent post on social media, the Brazil international expressed his gratitude to his teammates and everyone at Arsenal.
However, despite including the security staff, media team, physios and doormen in the list he shared online, Arteta’s name was conspicuously missing.
Taking to his verified handle, Martinelli wrote: “I can only thank the staff and my teammates. Thank you to the chefs, kit staff, doctors, doormen, security staff, media team, cleaning staff, physios and every single teammate who has been part of my story from 2019 until today.
“And to the fans, thank you for everything. Since my first day, you made me feel at home. Every time I stepped on the pitch, despite everything, I tried to give everything I had for this shirt. To Arsenal, thank you for believing in me and giving me the chance to show myself to the world.”
