Nigerian skit maker and singer Nasiru Lawal, popularly known as Nasboi, has revealed that he recently experienced a heartbreak, adding that it was a traumatising experience.
He made this known in a now-viral post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) page.
According to the ‘Short Skirt’ crooner, heartbreak is “real” and he has felt the impact firsthand.

He went on to say he would not be giving love another chance anytime soon due to the trauma he suffered.
He did not, however, reveal who the mystery lover was or what led to the split.
Speaking via his verified handle, Nasboi wrote: “Heartbreak is real. Felt that. Love again? Not anytime soon.”
The post elicited mixed reactions; some netizens sympathised with him and encouraged him to consider therapy, while others backed his decision to take his time before venturing into another romantic affair.
