Liverpool winger, Mohamed Salah is currently leading the likes of Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski and Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe in the race for this season’s “European Golden Shoe“.
The Reds striker has scored 27 times for Liverpool, who are set to be crowned Premier League champions this season.
He also tops the chart for the number of assists provided.
If Salah maintains this blistering pace, he could be on track for his most prolific campaign in England’s top flight.

Lewandowski, who is aiming to win the prize for the third time in five years is in second place with 25 goals.
The Polish striker has forged a fearsome attacking trio along with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha under Hansi Flick, netting an impressive 15 goals in just 14 appearances.
Kylian Mbappe, who is in his debut season at Real Madrid, has 22 goals, the same number as Atalanta’s Mateo Retegui.
Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane also has 22 goals to his name, while Ousmane Dembele has scored 21 times for PSG.
Kane took the crown in the 2023-24 term with 36 goals, followed by Serhou Guirassy with 28 strikes, while Erling Haaland and Mbappe finished with 27 goals each.
