Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala, has asked Manchester United second choice goalkeeper, Altay Bayindir to walk down the aisle with her.
She proposed to the goalie after he helped the Red Devils to knock Arsenal out of the third round of the FA Cup played at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday night.
Man United took the lead in the 52nd minute of the encounter thanks to captain Bruno Fernandes’ strike.
They were, however, pegged back after his compatriot, Diogo Dalot was sent off for an infringement by the referee.
Moments later, Gabriel Magalhaes equalised for the home team but the visitors fought tooth and nail despite playing with 10 men.
Arsenal captain, Martin Odegaard had the chance to give the Gunners the lead from the penalty spot, but Bayindir, who Ruben Amorim handed a rare start, saved the Norwegian’s penalty.

The match later went into extra time, but nothing could separate the Premier League sides, and a penalty shootout ensued.
The North Westerners eventually triumphed over the Londoners, with Bayindir saving Kai Havertz’s spot-kick.
After making five penalty saves which included one during the match, the Turkish goalkeeper was awarded the “man-of-the-match”.
Manchester United, thereafter, took to their Instagram page to celebrate Bayindir and announce their progress to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Reacting to the news, Azizat Oshoala, who is a die-hard United fan, did the unthinkable with a cheeky message to Bayindir.
Speaking via the comment section of the IG posted by Man United, the Nigerian forward wrote, “Bayindir, will you marry me… GGMU,”
