By Jeffrey Agbo
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has called on Nigerians to embrace gratitude despite hardship in the country.
The former presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stated this in his Christmas message on Wednesday posted on social media.
Atiku reminded Nigerians that this is a season of love, unity, compassion and selflessness, adding that it is also a time to confront what he described as the root causes of Nigeria’s struggles including poor leadership.
“I extend my heartfelt greetings to the Christian community in Nigeria. This season reminds us of the importance of love, unity, compassion, and selflessness,” wrote Atiku.
