Former Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh has described Atalanta winger, Ademola Lookman as a “great player”.
He made this known while featuring on a News Central programme, where he admitted that the Italian Serie A player is gifted.
Lookman has been in fantastic form for both club and country this year.
He shone for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), registering three goals and one assist in seven appearances.

Apart from these two, the former Everton player finished 14th in the Ballon d’Or ranking for 2024.
He is also the overwhelming favourite to win the 2024 Africa Men’s Player of the Year award.
Speaking about Lookman, who has scored nine goals and provided five assists in 14 matches for Atalanta this season, Oliseh acknowledged that he has the required qualities and characteristics needed to excel in his position.
He said, “Ademola Lookman is a great player. Why I find Lookman to be a great player is because I’m looking at the qualities, the characteristics that are needed to play the position Lookman plays and how he executes them.
“He doesn’t execute them at five out of ten, he doesn’t execute them at six out of ten; he executes most of them at 7.5, 8 out of ten. So that’s why I say he’s a great player.”
