Seyi Law queries EFCC’s re-arrest of crossdresser, Bobrisky

Seyi Law asked if Bobrisky was prohibited from traveling by a court and wondered why he was allowed to board a plane

Stand-up comedian, Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile better known as Seyi Law has accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of knowingly embarrassing popular crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, after his latest arrest. 

TheNiche had earlier reported that the embattled social media influencer, was re-arrested on Thursday night at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, while boarding a flight to London.

According to an eyewitness, Bobrisky was escorted out of the plane in front of other passengers.

After his arrest, he took to his official Instagram and wrote, “Nigerians help me, EFCC just arrested me. I’m badly injured.”

This comes a few days after Bobrisky was arrested at the Seme border while attempting to escape Nigeria.

Reacting to the unfolding drama via his X handle on Friday, Seyi Law questioned the motive behind EFCC’s re-arrest of Bobrisky.

He asked if he was prohibited from traveling by a court and wondered why he was allowed to board the plane.

He tweeted: “I don’t understand this Bobrisky’s case abeg. Did any court ask him not to travel? Why allow him to get on the plane and humiliate him like this?”
