Over a decade-long commitment to building quality and public safety, Spacecube has been innovating targeted solutions, such as education content on social media, via its Snag Inspector imprint.
Over a year ago, the firm started educating the general public on social media via Snag Inspector having observed various issues of negligence and malpractice in the real estate industry, such as land scams and building collapses.
Moving forward, it decided to set up teams across the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria to help the Nigerian public carry out detailed inspections of houses before purchase.
Before now, the team has helped interested buyers avoid buying risky assets after discovering imperfect titles, inferior building materials or improper building methods. These have saved the buyers of well over 15 Billion naira in losses.
