Ace Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, has seemingly responded to claims by his colleague, Brymo that he is the better artiste.

Brymo said the ‘Last Last’ crooner cannot match his music prowess, while responding to a diss in a freestyle song by Burna Boy.
Speaking on the latest episode of ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ show hosted by skit maker, Bae U Barbie, he said: “Is it [the diss freestyle] not Burna Boy lyrics? But he would like to know that nothing in this world would put his name in my song. He no reach my standard.”
He also boasted that he is the “finest vocalist” in Africa, adding that he is a better songwriter than any artiste in the continent.

However, reacting to the claims via his verified social media page, Burna Boy stated that Brymo was chasing clout with his name.
He went on to say the ‘Ara’ crooner sings “Yoruba proverb music” and that Fuji legends, K1 De Ultimate and Saheed Osupa are better at it.
Taking to his Instagram story, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer wrote: “At this point they do and say anything to get at the king.
“Werey dey sing Yoruba proverb music for us. When K1 and Saheed Osupa dem still dey carry us trabaye.”
