Kolo Toure also said though the Nigerian has scored just one goal at AFCON, what he brings to this team is incredible

Côte d’Ivoire legend, Kolo Toure has praised Super Eagles star, Victor Osimhen for his contribution to his team ahead of the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, (AFCON).
Nigeria will take on hosts, Cote d’Ivoire on Sunday in the final game of the tournament at the Alassane Ouattara stadium.
Speaking to BBC World Service on Friday about the Nigerian international, Kolo Toure said Osimhen is super powerful and quick.

The former Arsenal defender, however, acknowledged that he has scored just one goal in the tournament, but insisted that what he brings to his team is incredible.
He said: “He (Osimhen) is a super powerful player, he’s got unbelievable speed.
“He has scored only one goal so far but what he brings to that team is incredible.”
Toure added, “As soon as Nigeria has the ball they will look for Osimhen in the space because he is super quick. They need to be really ready for the ball, and just anticipate that and run behind as fast as they can.”
Osimhen has scored a single goal at the 2023 AFCON so far, but has been impressive for Nigeria at the tournament.
