K1 De Ultimate called Tinubu’s attention to the harsh economic realities while sharing a clip of his performance on his IG page
Veteran Nigerian singer, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate or KWAM 1, has told President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to urgently address the worsening economic crisis confronting the nation, because “people are angry”
K1 De Ultimate made the call recently, while performing at an event, where he noted that the current economic hardship in the country needs urgent “attention and remedy.”
The Fuji legend, who is a close ally of the President, advised him to expedite action in tackling the economic turmoil, saying Nigerians are angered by the excruciating economic crunch.

Sharing a clip of his performance via Instagram, K1 De Ultimate wrote: “Nigeria my country @officialasiwajubat @youthsupporttinubu2023 @officialapcng.”
Part of the lyrics read, “President Tinubu, Nigeria’s current economic situation requires urgent attention and remedy. People are angry. Please help.”
After the video made the rounds on social media, Nigerians who trooped to the comment section of the now-viral post expressed mixed feelings.
