Owoseni emphasized ongoing rescue efforts and collaboration among security agencies for a thorough investigation and potential prosecution.

The explosion in the Adeyi area at Old Bodija damaged 58 houses and injured 77 residents.

Soldiers deployed to the scene prevented unauthorized entry to safeguard against looting.

Concerns were raised about indiscriminate property sales, including to foreigners engaging in illegal businesses. Calls were made for a review of property acquisition laws within the estate.

Emergency Operation Centre Head Temitope Alonge pledged continued search efforts for survivors.
