Ace Afrobeats singer and record label owner, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed his joy after his set of twins were born in the same month he lost his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
Speaking at the United Masters Select Con event on Sunday, October 15, the ‘Electricity’ crooner revealed that he and his wife, Chioma were very excited after they found out they were expecting two babies.
The Celebrity couple were recently spotted with their newborns leaving a hospital in Atlanta, United States after the clip made the rounds on social media on Friday.

Reacting to the news during the concert, Davido thanked God for blessing him with a set of twins after losing his son and all hope seemed lost.
He said: “When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month my son passed. My son passed away last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October.
“I was at the point of giving up. A beautiful boy and girl came back in double. I kept the faith despite it being very hard,” he said
Davido and his celebrity chef wife, Chioma lost their only son to a swimming pool incident that occurred in their Banana Island home in October 2022.
Prior to this development, popular record producer, Samuel Oguachuba, aka Samklef, had refuted claims that he leaked a video showing Chioma and her set of twins on social media.
Several media outlets on Friday reported that Davido slammed Samklef for allegedly sharing a clip of him and his wife with their newborns leaving the hospital.
Reacting to the accusation in a video message shared via his official social media page, Samklef denied leaking the video and went on to remind the singer that they are not mates.
