Mercy, however, added that she does not know if Whitemoney developed feelings along the line

Ex-Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars housemate, Mercy Eke has insisted that her relationship with male colleague, Whitemoney while in the house was just a strategy.
She made this known recently while featuring on Africa Magic, where she told the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that her relationship with Whitemoney in Biggie’s house wasn’t romantic but “pure alliance.”
Mercy, however, said she was unsure if the singer started developing feelings for her during their stay in the Big Brother House.

Speaking during the chat, the 2019 winner of the TV reality show said, “Me and Whitemoney’s relationship was just an alliance. In the first week, he already told me that we would be a target in the House so we should stick by each other.
“He said it was only he and I that were different in the House.
“But I was still myself. I was still trying to have fun. But I don’t know if he started developing feelings inside. It wasn’t anything. It was just an alliance. No feelings there at all. It was just a game.”
Mercy who won the “Pepper Dem” season of BBNaija could not repeat the feat during the just concluded All Stars edition of the show, as she ended up in the runner-up position after garnering 23.48% of votes.
She was edged out by the eventual winner, Ilebaye who got 30.08% of the total votes cast by fans and ended up with the N120 million grand prize at stake.
