Buhari in his message to the mother of the deceased and family said his thoughts are with them as they grieve, he also prayed for the repose of his soul

President Muhammadu Buhari has extended his heartfelt condolences to the former First Lady, Marayam Abacha, and her entire family on the death of their son, Abdullahi.
This was made known in a press statement signed and made available to TheNiche on Saturday, March 4, by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
The President in the brief message said his thoughts are with his mother and the entire family as they grieve, he also prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased.

The statement reads: “President Muhammadu Buhari extends heartfelt condolences to the former First Lady, Marayam Abacha, and family on the death of their son, Abdullahi.
“The President’s prayers and thoughts are with the family of Abacha as they grieve the passing of the young Abdullahi.
“The President prays for the repose of the soul of the deceased and comfort for those who mourn.”
Abdullahi Abacha, one of the sons of the late maximum military ruler, General Sani Abacha, died at the family’s Nelson Mandela Street residence in Abuja at the age of 36.
According to his sister Fatimah Gumsu Abacha-Buni, who is the wife of Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, Abdullahi died on Saturday in his sleep.
She wrote on her Instagram page: ” Innalillahi wa inna ilahi rajiun (Surely, we belong to Allah and verily to Him do we return). I lost my younger brother Abdullahi Sani Abacha. He died in his sleep. May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him jannatul firdaos (paradise), Ameen. Please include him in your prayers”.
