Actress, Yetunde Akilapa caught stealing again

Akilapa in 2013 was caught with a bunch of master keys in the Somolu area of Lagos State, she was also arrested for stealing a year later

Nollywood actress, Yetunde Akilapa, has made the headlines once again after breaking into a lady’s apartment. 

The lady, identified on Twitter as Noor, took to her social media page to cry out about the incident after she got home and met Yetunde inside her house.

According to her, by the time she got home, the thespian had already packed her wigs and jewelry and was about to start ransacking her bag when she caught her. 

Noor wrote:  “That was how I entered my house today o and I found a woman inside my house. She had packed my wigs and all my gold, was about to start checking my bags when I entered. Thank God my neighbor was coming behind me, I’m pretty sure she’d have attacked me.”

Replying to a netizen who wondered how Akilapa gained access into her apartment, the Twitter user explained that the actress was found with so many keys in her possession. 

She went on to share an old video where the actress was also caught stealing with many keys in her possession.

After the news of Akilapa’s indiscretion made the rounds on social media, netizens trooped to the comment section of the post to air their views. 

While some people labelled her a hardened criminal who has a mode of operating, others called her a kleptomaniac. 

In February 2013, Yetunde Akilapa was caught with a bunch of keys in the Somolu area of Lagos and was again arrested for stealing a year later. 

Again in June 2018, the actress went viral after being nabbed for a similar crime after she tried to break into a house in Magodo, Shangisha.
