BBNaija’s Kess loses son as wife suffers miscarriage

Kess, while introducing himself to the other housemates when they newly got to the house said he was married and expecting a child with his wife

Big Brother Naija 7 ‘Level Up’ edition housemate, Kesiena Adjekpovu, better also known as Kess has unfortunately lost his son.

The death of the infant was made public via a message posted on the reality star’s official Twitter page.

He is the only married housemate in this season’s BBNaija and he had earlier intimated his colleagues while he was introducing himself to them that his wife was pregnant.

According to the post, this incident occurred just three days into the TV reality show.

The family also called for prayers for Kess and his wife.

The tweet reads, “ It’s sad to announce that Kess lost his son on 3rd day the show started.

“His family needs your prayers right now.” 

Another statement on his Instagram, which further clarified that his wife had a miscarriage reads:

 “The past weeks have been the most trying for the family of Adjekpovu. We are saddened by his loss of Kess’s son through miscarriage but we are comforted by well wishes and kind thoughts of friends around. 

“Special regards for the wife for being strong and courageous through the whole experience. The family is devastated at the deepest level by the loss, but we want to reiterate that the wife is in perfect condition as it happened weeks ago, the family collectively decided now is the right time to announce the news. 

“Kess is a strong character and would need our prayers right now as he continues his quest in the Bigbrother show. The family asks for respectful consideration during this private time. Thank you. Team Kess”
