Anambra State governor, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has congratulated Chief Mrs. Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, the wife of late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, on her 55th birthday, describing her as a lady of substance.
Soludo who made the commendation in a congratulatory message, by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, enthused that knowing and working closely with Mrs. Odumegwu-Ojukwu has been a rewarding experience to him and the state government.

He described her as a representation of the spirit of dedication and commitment to a given cause, which the late husband, epitomised.
“You represent honesty, fearlessness and total commitment to noble causes which your beloved husband, our leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, exhibited while alive. In you is rare combination of beauty and brain.
“Knowing you and working closely with you has been a rewarding experience to me as a person and to Anambra state. Your wise counsel and service to the state and humanity in general, stand you as a lady of substance and the axiomatic virtuous woman.
“At this momentous occasion of your 55th birthday, on behalf of my family and the good people of Anambra State, I wish you a happy birthday and more rewarding years ahead”, Soludo stated.
Bianca, widow to the late Ikemba, is a lawyer.
