This was announced by Lakreem Entertainment Inc, the singer’s record label while updating his fans and Nigerians on the singer’s health on Thursday, July 28.

Eedris Abdulkareem was diagnosed with kidney failure not so long ago and has been undergoing dialysis since then.

On Wednesday, his team disclosed that the ‘Jaga Jaga’ crooner was set to undergo the kidney transplant after £4,269 (N2,136,345.49) was raised to that effect.

Prior to that, the former lead rapper of the defunct Hip Hop band ‘The Remedies’, on Friday, July 22, shared details of a GoFundMe account with fans who wanted to contribute to the surgery on his Instagram page and thanked them for their support.

His management in a statement yesterday, said the kidney transplant earlier scheduled for Wednesday, July 27 has been postponed by the doctors.
