Dancer, Poco Lee regrets taking Portable out of slum

Poco Lee and Olamide, who featured in Portable’s hit single, ‘Zazzu’ in December 2021, always get dragged on social media whenever he gets into trouble

Popular Nigerian dancer, Iweh Odinaka, better known as Poco Lee, has regretted discovering and helping controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, aka Portable to hit the limelight.

Earlier in the week, The Inspector General of Police ordered the probing of Portable after the singer claimed he helped in forming the two dreaded cult groups in Lagos— One Million Boys and Ajah Boys.

Prior to this, Nigerians had berated the singer for openly campaigning for the All Progressives Party’s candidate, Gboyega Oyetola and the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu during the Osun Poll. 

Again, the Ogun State police command launched an investigation into a video recorded by the musician, where he ordered some of his friends to beat up a former associate after falling out with him.

However, anytime Portable gets into trouble, netizens always drag Poco Lee and Olamide, who featured in Portable’s breakout single, ‘Zazzu’ in December 2021, into the saga.

Apparently done with being constantly linked to the singer’s misdemeanours, Poco Lee took to his Twitter page and wrote “I wish I never took that talkative nuisance out of the trenches.” 

A lot of his fans have since reacted to his comment, even though he did not mention any name, many of them concluded he was talking about Portable.

While some reminded him that he was also helped by others in the industry, others supported the dancer and urged him to ignore the controversial singer
