England international and Manchester City striker, Raheem Sterling wants an assurance of a starting position before committing to a proposed £60million deal from Chelsea.
According to reports in the UK Sun, the 27-year-old striker is ready to play for the west London club but wants assurances of a starting berth from Tuchel.
The Chelsea gaffer already has an abundance of attacking options at his disposal, but with the futures of the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, and Christian Pulisic in doubt, he is likely to be able to grant Sterling’s wish.

Raheem Sterling is in the final year of his contract and will become a free agent next year if he is not sold, however, talks over a new deal with the Premier League champions have stalled.
Although City boss, Pep Guardiola, wants to keep Sterling at Etihad, the clubs’ hierarchy is not prepared to lose the English winger on a free transfer next summer
Meanwhile, the new owners of Chelsea have signified they are ready to back Thomas Tuchel with a £200m warchest in readiness for next season.
The manager is therefore willing to cash in on Sterling’s situation and make him one of the main additions to his squad, as they seek to keep pace with City and Liverpool next season.
