Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu constituted boards of some government agencies today and approved the appointment of Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan as the Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
In a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Richard Olatunde in Akure on Thursday Akeredolu equally approved the appointment of Mr Sam Erejuwa as the Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (OSOPADEC).
Similarly, the governor appointed Mr Olajide Akinroluyo as the chairman of the Pool Betting and Lotteries Board.

The appointments take immediate effect.
Members of the Boards Akeredolu constituted appointed include; SUBEB- Full-Time Member – Princess Ademulegun Brown, Full-Time Member – Mr Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, Part-Time Member – Mr Lanre Oyebade, Part-Time Member – Alh. Abimbola Omoloja (State PTA Chairman) and Mrs. Margaret Akinsuroju – to represent ALGON
For the board of OSOPADEC which Akeredolu constituted, the appointees are; Part-Time Member – Mrs M. A. Witherspoon, Part-Time Member – Mr Ikoto Adabra Atili, Part-Time Member – Mrs Mosun Odukale, Part-Time Member – Mrs Abiola John Oladapo and Part-Time Member – Engr. Stephen Fadaini
That of POOL BETTING AND LOTTERIES BOARD are:- Part Member – Miss Temitope Iwagun, Part Member – Mr Olotu Oluwaseun Alaba, Part Member – Mr Charles Fagbohunka and Part Member – Mr Akinmusayo J. Ogunmade
Meanwhile, Governor Akeredolu has approved the appointment of Mr Rafiu Akinkuolie as a member of the Judicial Service Commission. His name has been forwarded to the Ondo State House of Assembly for screening.
Akeredolu, therefore, congratulated the new appointees while charging them to justify the confidence reposed in them by performing excellently in their new offices.
