Andy Uba is in his home while INEC officials are being awaited one hour into voting. That has dampened the morals of electorates in the area.
At the polling unit of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Andy Uba, election personnel and materials are completely absent as of 921 am. Voters who sauntered to the polling unit area earlier, returned to their homes when they found no one to attend to them.
Andy Uba is a major candidate in the election and has been pulling support with high profile politicians in the state defecting from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to his APC.
