Former American President’s new social media platform, “Truth Social”,  is expecting to sign on 75 million users when it commences operation, RightForge,

the internet infrastructure company that will host it says.

President Donald J. Trump, last Wednesday, announced the birth of a new social media network in response to the monopoly of the Big Tech companies.

He was permanently suspended on Twitter on January 8, 2021, while Facebook In response to its Oversight Board, also suspended him for two years, with a caveat that he will only be reinstated if conditions permit.

In what appears to be a fightback, the 45h United States President, told Americans he created Truth Social to guarantee freedom of speech.

“I created TRUTH Social and TMTG to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech. We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced. This is unacceptable. I am excited to send out my first TRUTH on TRUTH Social very soon.

” TMTG was founded with a mission to give a voice to all. I’m excited to soon begin sharing my thoughts on TRUTH Social and to fight back against Big Tech. Everyone asks me why doesn’t someone stand up to Big Tech? Well, we will be soon!”  Trump said.

RightForge CEO, Martín Avila, told Axios, a news outlet on Monday, that his company will host Trump’s Truth Social network, and that it has been laying the groundwork for the social media network to have more than 75 million users.

He also said to ensure smooth services, customers will be able to access servers everywhere.

“That’s why there will be servers everywhere,” Avila said.

According to the Hills, representatives affiliated with the network (TMTG)  declined to comment on Axios claim that RightForge is their provider.

Avila however, told Axios that Trump’s team approached RightForge over the summer for the purpose and that those who support Trump being de-platformed are “not interested in living in a free country.”

“And that’s really what we’re all about is making sure that America stays true to its core ideas, and that the marketplace of ideas stays open,” he concluded.
