The eviction of JayPaul has brought a new dimension into the ongoing Big Brother Nigeria season 6, as Cross now has Saskay, his love interest, exclusively to himself without competition.
Recall that JayPaul, the 29-year-old from Cross River State, and Jackie B, the single mother of one, were evicted from the show after getting the least number of votes out of the 7 housemates up for eviction.
Despite that she was saved by the public from being evicted, Saskay was still evidently sad because her boyfriend, JayPaul, was evicted.
Saskay, who shared a kiss with JayPaul after his eviction and told other housemates that his eviction made her feel like a widow, eventually retired to the upper chamber of the house to play games with Cross.
Cross, who offered her words of encouragement, told her to stay strong and remain cheerful because she was not evicted.
“I feel so bad for you oh, I’ll beg Big Brother to bring JayPaul back to the house if you don’t win the next three shots in this game.
“Be strong for the next few days,” he said.
He went further to tell her that Jackie B correctly predicted on Saturday, when they spoke, that JayPaul would be evicted come Sunday.
It is an irony that Cross, who sees JayPaul as a rival for Saskay, is the one consoling her.
