The controversy surrounding the relationship between Tega, a wife and mother of one, and Boma, an American based actor, both evicted from the Big Brother house last Sunday, has taken a new turn.
Fans of the show will remember that the two former housemates were involved in a romantic affair, despite that the Tega is married. Their actions were wildly condemned by the public.
Her husband who had earlier been supportive of his wife shortly after her nipple was suckled by another man in the house, has now joined the long list of Nigerians who condemned her indiscretion. According to him, the actions of his wife broke his heart and has affected him to the extent that he can no longer show his face in the public.
TheNiche monitored an interview on Classic FM this morning where Boma, the man in the middle of the storm, told the anchors that he has received all manners of abuses including death threats since he left the show. He, thereafter, apologized and appealed to those making such threats to stop.
He also apologized to Tega’s husband and her family, her extended family and also to Angel, the housemate he kissed in secret but later exposed. He appealed for their forgiveness for whatever harm his actions and words might have caused them. He finally begged the general public not to judge him saying what they saw is not a reflection of his person.
Also, present on the live radio programme are Peace. Micheal and Tega, and all of them when asked to name who they think will win the show, unanimously chose White Money and Liquorose. Boma and Tega, however, added JayPaul, to their own list.
