The Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Alhaji Garba Shehu, has reacted to a post by a twitter handle — @PDPNigeria — believed to be owned by the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP), which accused him of buying $800,000 from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) at official rate, and selling it off the same day on the parallel market.
Responding on his twitter handle @GarShehu Saturday, Shehu denied being a FOREX trader, saying, “The day I choose to start trading in FOREX, I will resign as a presidential spokesman.
“If I know the coward and psychopath behind the official @PDPNigeria handle, I will launch a defamation suit against him/her,” he added.
