Nigeria’s film industry, Nollywood, took another hit on Saturday as another veteran was snatched by the cold hands of death.
This time, it is the popular actress, queen of the Nigeria film industry, Rachel Oniga, that died.
She was aged 64.

TheNiche is yet to ascertain the cause of her death and where she died, but a source at the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, Magodo Shangisha where she worships says she has not been seen for some time.
But her death in the early hours of today is already precipitating some convulsions in the thespian world.
Oniga has acted in over 500 movies.
