Traffic on Kaduna-Abuja expressway is currently on standstill.
Youths are protesting rising cases of kidnappings on the highway and have blocked the only access to and from Abuja and Kaduna to show their disapproval with the rising incidents of kidnapping .
A former senator from Kaduna State, Shehu Sani, revealed in a tweet that the protest has caused hundreds of travellers to be stranded
He said: “Youths blocking Kaduna Abuja road this morning in protests against incessant kidnappings. Hundreds stranded.Its tragic and unfortunate,” he said.
