Former Delta State governor, Senator Felix Olorogun Ibru is dead!
The 80-year-old business tycoon passed on after a brief illness.
Until his death, he was President General of Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU)
He was born on December 7, 1935 at Agbarha-Otor in Ughelli North local government area of Delta State, the second in line in the dynasty to the late Chief Peter Epete Ibru.
