The most innovative telecoms operator in Nigeria, Etisalat, has once again highlighted the value of mutually-rewarding partnerships with the hosting of an exclusive business conference and gala night for its crème of channel partners.
The two-in-one event held at the weekend created a platform for sharing of new business insights and strengthening of existing bonds between Etisalat Nigeria and its channel partners, networking opportunities and appreciation of the partners for their contributions to the business.
Speaking about the importance of the conference as a platform to reward excellence and devotion, Etisalat Nigeria’s Director for Channel Sales Victor Nwaobia, said that the telecoms company places a lot of value on its partners whose roles are critical to the success of the business.
“It is part of the company’s culture to engage its stakeholders. We recognise the place of our channel partners as critical stakeholders in our business drive and also the value they bring to the whole chain. This platform enables us to share our strategic business insights, visions and plans for the year and then have the partners contribute with useful feedbacks,” he said.
Also speaking, Etisalat Nigeria’s Vice President, Consumer Sales and Service Ken Ogujiofor, noted that the company’s inclination for innovation and quality of service necessitates that its partners align with the vision of bringing value to customers on the network.
