A young intern reporter whose name is Onifade Pelumi reportedly arrested during the EndSARS protest in Oko Oba axis of Agege Local Government Area of Lagos State, has been found dead
Pelumi was said to have been arrested while covering the scene of a mob attack on a government facility by hoodlums who hijacked the peaceful protest.
He was an intern with an online TV known as Gboah TV and was reportedly arrested by the Lagos State Task Force.
According to reports, hoodlums tried to loot palliatives at the Ministry of Agriculture Store in Abattoire axis of Agege Local Government Area in Lagos State, which prompted a confrontation from men of the Lagos State Task Force.
According to The Punch Newspaper, the reporter was wounded and reportedly taken away by men of the Lagos State Task Force.
His body has however discovered at Ikorodu Mortuary after days of searching.
