The former chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Babatunde Fowler, has been reportedly arrested.
Fqwler, a right hand man of a former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu, is reportedly in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged fraud, according to two online newspapers, The Cable and Sahara Reporters.
According to the reports, Fowler was arrested over an an ongoing investigation involving Alpha Beta Consulting, a tax firm belonging to Tinubu.
