Unlike the Edo election that made the top trends across all the social media networks, #OndoDecides, has however remain in the shadow of the #EndSARS.
The #EndSARS tweet became more intense when the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), urged the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to arrest the protesters demanding the scrapping of the unit because they are being sponsored by Yahoo-boys.
A social media influencer, Japhet Omojuwa responded to NANS that: “I don’t think anyone is shocked about this. NANS more or less ended with the military governments.”
