Ahead of Saturday Governorship Election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has Commenced distribution of Sensitive Materials across the 18 local government areas of Ondo State.
TheNiche gathered that the distribution commenced at 9 am as INEC vehicles were seen moving out from the Central Bank of Nigeria Alagbaka, Akure.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Monday delivered sensitive materials to its Akure branch for onward distribution to the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State.
INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu had declared that the Commission was ready for this Saturday’s Ondo governorship election saying that the Commission has delivered non-sensitive materials to all the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State.
He therefore assured that the Commission has made arrangements for the movement of personnel and materials to electoral locations in all 3,009 polling units.
