Kwara Govt accepts Ahman-Pategi’s resignation

Kwara State government has confirmed the resignation of a commissioner serving the government, Aisha Ahman-Pategi.

TheNiche reported earlier that Ahman-Pategi had earlier today (Friday) announced in a statement that she has resigned her appointment and thanked the Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, for the opportunity to serve the state.

A statement later issued by the state Commissioner for Communications, Harriet Afolabi-Oshatimehin, said the government had received and accepted her resignation.

The statement reads: “The government has received the resignation of Hon. Aishah Ahman-Pategi who was Commissioner for Special Duties.

“The government accepts same, and wishes her the best in her future endeavours.”
