The fire which was said to have broken out at some minutes after 11 pm gutted three offices and the conference Hall at the premises.
It was learnt that the inferno occurred as a result of an electric spark in one of the offices.
The men of the state fire service were said to have arrived the scene at about 11:29 to put it out making its effect to be restricted to only the three offices and the conference hall.
The Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, also visited the scene and was said to have monitored the dousing of the fire by the fire fighters.
The spokesman of the Fire Services, Hassan Adekunle, said it took a little time to put out the fire because of the use of technology and the experience of the firemen.
Adekunle said 25 other offices out of the 28 in the premises were prevented from being affected by the fire.
He said the governor “saw how seriously the able firemen men were battling with the fire.”
