President Muhammadu Buhari’s electoral victory in 2015 saved Nigeria from an imminent total collapse, the Presidency noted on Thursday.

The Presidency also gave the Buhari administration a pat on the back for its performance in the various sectors of Nigeria’s national life in the last five years.

The Presidency’s ‘vote of confidence’ and series of accolades on the administration was released Thursday afternoon in commemoration of its fifth year in the saddle.

In a statement issued by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, the Presidency noted that the Buhari-led administration had moved the country forward and scored major development goals in the three specific areas of intervention that the President identified as priorities when sworn in.
