The incidence of coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria is getting rather scary as the numbers of confirmed cases continues to spike by the day.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night confirmed 23 new cases in the country.
The NCDC confirmed nine cases in Lagos, seven in the FCT, five in Akwa Ibom, one in Kaduna and one in Bauchi State. This brings the number of cases to 174.
The NCDC announced the new cases via a tweet at about 8 p.m.
