The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal is to deliver judgment tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11, in a petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, against President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The court will seat at 9.30 a,m.
All parties in the suit made their final submissions on August 21. The tribunal had earlier said that the date for the judgment will be communicated on a later date.

Atiku is seeking a nullification of the election of Buhari in the February 23 polls.
