$9.6b: Nigerian govt seeks stay of execution over judgement in favour of Irish firm

The Minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed, has said that the Federal Government of Nigeria was seeking for a stay of execution on the award of $9.6 billion against Nigeria to Irish company, P and ID.

At the end of a press briefing on Tuesday, he gave the assurance that Nigeria was not going to lose its assets to the company.
