Imo State Governor-elect, Emeka Ihedioha, has received his Certificate of return, at the State Headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Owerri (INEC).
Ihedioha received his certificate alongside his Deputy Governor -elect, Gerald A. Irona, amid party supporters, friends, family members and other well wishers.
Ihedioha said he was dedicating the certificate to God and Imo people.

Ihedioha emerged governor in a keenly contested governorship election on March 9.
