Three different explosions occurred at intervals in front of the factional secretariat of the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC along Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
The explosions happened yesterday afternoon at the faction led by Transport Minister, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi just as party members were arriving for the party’s governorship primary and journalists were waiting to be accredited in order to cover the primary.
