Breaking: Buhari signs N9.12tr 2018 Budget with reservations

President Muhammadu Buhari has signed an appropriation bill of N9.12trillion into law for the 2018 fiscal year.

The President while signing the document at the presidential villa on Wednesday, however, raised concerns over irregularities in the financial document.

President Buhari said he was compelled to append his signature to the document in the interest of Nigerians in order not to shut down the economy.

According to the President, he will soon be sending a supplementary budget to the National Assembly.
