Abba reminded politicians, party supporters and well meaning Nigerians, that politics was a means of empowering some with power and entrusting them with the commonwealth for the overall benefits of all.

The I-G also reminded them that politics needed to be played with sense of decorum devoid of religious, ethnic and other forms of primordial sentiments.
