Etisalat, reputed as the most innovative telecoms company in Nigeria, has launched Easy Flex Evolution for a huge data bonus and voice airtime offer for its subscribers.
Similarly, Globacom, the second largest telecoms service provider, has launched its bonus data offer for subscribers.
For Etisalat subscribers, for Easy Flex Evolution of N5,000, they get two options as benefits: Option 1: N15,000 voice airtime (for local & international calls, SMS, & PAYG), plus 500MB Data, News content and FICO.
Alternatively, subscribe for Easy Flex Evolution N5,000 and get N5,000 voice airtime (for local & international calls, SMS, & PAYG) plus 2GB Data.
Etisalat customers can activate by dialling *320# and follow the flow to Migrate to Easyflex Evolution Bundles where bundle value are 2000, 5000 & 10,000.
Similarly, the new Glo Bumper Data Offer gives 6GB of data but no voice airtime for N3,000 subscription, with a validity period of one month.
Globacom’s Regional Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Ashok Israni, who announced the new offer, said that the N3,000 subscription previously offered just 4.5GB data.
To connect to the Bumper Data Offer, a subscriber has to dial *777# and follow the interactive SMS prompt.
Globacom said that the offer was being given at this time to encourage subscribers to keep browsing after the Yuletide and festive seasons.
“We know that our subscribers must have spent a lot of money during the Yuletide season. As the New Year begins, we are giving more for less to our valued subscribers to keep them connected on the internet,” he explained.
According to Israni, the attraction in the new package is not just the huge extra 1.5GB data, but also the super fast Data capacity.
“The Bumper Data Offer rides on Globacom’s huge data infrastructure backed by the high capacity Glo 1 submarine cable, which brings direct connectivity between West Africa, the UK and the rest of the world. The facility provides much faster and more robust connectivity for voice, data and video.”
Globacom had also recently launched the Twin Bash offer which gives subscribers bonus voice airtime for every data subscription. Twin Bash gives a subscriber who recharges with N200, up to 200 MB of data worth N800, another N200 airtime to call or send SMS to any network and N200 airtime to call 10 friends and family. The subscriber will therefore get N1,200 value for a data recharge of N200.
“The Bumper Data offer is, therefore, the icing on the cake following the unprecedented Twin Bash gift to Glo subscribers”, Israni said.
