Tunji Abayomi says Tinubu, who actively took part in the fight to restore democratic rule in Nigeria, has capacity to reposition the country.

Human Rights activist and Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council for Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Dr Tunji Abayom has said that the National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who actively took part in the fight to restore democratic rule in Nigeria has the capacity to reposition the country.
According to him, Tinubu as an accountant knew and still knows his responsibility to the people because he has a passion for the country.
Tunji Abayomi who made this known on his Facebook wall said, “Bola Tinubu is one of the few rewards of freedom struggle, our toil, our detentions, our tearful days.

“What is the basis of the unrelenting demand for the source of Bola Tinubu’s wealth? We have had four Presidents since the democracy began, two of whom belong to the Military that usurped our wealth, freedom and future. No one asked for the source of their wealth before or after.
“How about the pitiless politicians and their allies, who, without doing nothing got every wealth and worth, politicians to whom the freedom fighters like Bola Tinubu gave a path to increase and improve us but ended up eating us up? How many of them are queried on the source of their abnormal and sinful wealth.
“As an accountant he knew and knows his responsibility to the people. That was why he improved Lagos and Lagosians. I’m afraid you have no right to ask him questions you did not ask your tormentors unless your father fought like him, like a few of us for the Nigerian freedom and democracy that we enjoyed today”, Tunji Abayomi added.
