-

The family crisis that led to the demise of Pa Abosede Agbedu is far from abating as event in recent time has shown. Pastor Agbedu, whose death was linked to family tussle, which began in 2001 over ownership of a parcel of land and some other properties situated at No 11, Oke Taiwo in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, has already consumed two other family members, Joseph Agbedu and Comfort Agbedu.

Joseph died in 2001 while the only daughter, Comfort, died in 2002.  Pa Agbedu also died in 2001.

The crisis began after the sharing of the properties left behind by their grandfather, who was wealthy.

Pa Agbedu was allocated the parcel of land on 11, Oke Taiwo which was seriously contested by his step brothers, who were aggrieved because of the choice location and value attached to the properties.
