Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Lagos State Chairman, Alexander Bamgbola, has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award by United States President, Barack Obama.
Prayer Directorate Coordinator of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Lagos,TheophilusAjose, who made the disclosure, said the event took place on November 2 at the State House of Georgia Governor, Nathan Deal.
Two other Nigerians, Tim Atunnise, and his wife, Rebecca,honoured with the Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award, the highest award bestowed on a citizen of the state.
The ceremony was hosted by Senator Donzella James while the official certifying Ambassador for the President of United States Of America Volunteers Award, Lenora Wimberly-Peterson, made the award presentation.
Bamgbola is also the general overseer of Zion, the City of the Lord Ministries, Ikoyi, Lagos.
